Search, View and Edit XML Rule Configurations

• Navigate to Insurance Rules Workbench.

• On the home page, click Advanced Search next to the search bar to open the XML Data Search page.

  

• Expand the XML Data Search section if it is collapsed.

  

• Select an entity from the list.

• Optionally, select a sub-entity depending on the selected entity.

• In the Search Criteria field, enter the required search value and click Search.

• Clicking the Clear option resets the search inputs and results. The system resets all the fields or clears the XML data search results section.

  

• Review the results displayed in the XML Data Search Results section, including the total result count.

• In the results table, review the Global Rule, Rule Name, Rule Type, Override Level, and Overrides columns.

• Click an Override hyperlink to open the rule configuration in a right-side drawer.

  

• Review the XML configuration displayed in the read-only viewer.

• Click Open Rule to navigate to the rule configuration page.

  Note: Selecting ‘Open Rule’ will clear the existing search context.

• Update the XML configuration as required and proceed with Save or Check-in for the updated configuration.
